Fishing at Pappy's cabin

On Saturday, we went to Pappy Po's cabin to fish at the pond, take a nature walk, and cook some hotdogs over the fire for lunch. Alina and Maddie each caught a fish all by themselves! Nicholas did a good job bringing in his fish, too. He also enjoyed yelling at the dogs (Cocoa and Taffy) who kept getting dirty in the mud puddles. We saw a turtle on our walk and an osprey catch a fish in its talons. It was a beautiful day, and nice and windy, which kept the bugs away (Mommy was very happy about that!).
