Legion Park

So I decided to brave Legion Park with the three kids by myself. They were wonderful! We went really early, so we pretty much had the park to ourselves. And the girls were very good helpers - as you can tell by the photos! Nicholas loved the tunnel and the slide. Maddie and Alina loved the slides, climbing the nets, and the monkey bars.

Family Reunion

Nicholas wanted to sit with the girls at their table instead of in his high chair. He thought he was such a "biggie boy!"

Fourth of July!

Nicholas' First Band-Aid

Although Nicholas has had many boo-boos, this was the first that required a Band-Aid! He liked to show it to his sisters and get kisses to make it feel better.

Aunt Nat's Bridal Shower

Nags Head, N.C., 2008

The kids loved playing in the sand and the waves at Nags Head, N.C.! Nicholas stuck his fingers in all the sand holes to try to find crabs. Maddie caught a few small sand crabs and they didn't even pinch her. After not going near the ocean the previous week, Alina spent most of her time jumping the waves. The kids also enjoyed building and decorating giant sand castles with Daddy. A fabulous time was had by all!
